HELP NEEDED!! Pleasee!!

Good evening to you all!
I'm from Portugal and when I was younger I had this tape with a song I never knew the title neither the band/singer. I can only recall some words of the lyrics, but I'm pretty sure it was reggae, cause the same tape had songs from Alphablondy, Eddy Grant, etc.

How can I discover the name of the song? I've searched everywhere, youtube, forums, radios and no one seems to recognize the lyrics.

Can you help me? I know you understand cause it's the kind of song that makes you wanna cry, laugh, remember, travel...

I just remember the refrain, where it repeats "Africa, Africa, Africa"
It´s kind of a reggae balad, and i only recall words like "rastaman" "rastafari", "let us all sing in one harmony" "open the gate". there's also a beautiful guitar solo between the lyrics. I think the song begins with "Here is the land" or "Here is the life".
other words I remember randomly: "place of..." take a look at..." "you'll see a ...". I'm sorry, that's all I can recall. Mission impossible?
